Don’t you think the world would be a better place if everyone got a massage? Come discover why massage therapy matters and why massage therapists are in demand now more than ever before at NHI’s Massage Matters Open House Celebration.
You and your friends are invited to join us on Thursday, August 6th from 3 – 7pm. You will have the opportunity to meet with employers, teachers, students and alumni to see if a career in massage therapy is right for you. Whether you’re a prospective student, current student, Massage Therapy Ambassador or an NHI Alumni, we have exciting things planned for you! Here is what you can expect on this special day:
If you’re a prospective student checking out NHI for the first time our admissions and financial aid team look forward to getting to know you and showing you around our beautiful campus. While on campus, you will experience the welcoming environment filled with energy and students like you seeking personal and professional fulfilment. You will get a feel for what it’s like to be part of the NHI community and see for yourself if NHI is a good fit for you. You will be able to see samples of our Eastern based classes including Shiatsu, Energy, Thai and Chair massage, and our Western based classed including Aromatherapy, Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage and Hot Stone Massage. You can also enjoy a relaxing chair massage, aromatherapy and a sugar scrub!
Current students don’t want to miss out on this event because we will have a mini job fair with employers from Massage Envy, and more! In addition to our job fair you can stop by our Massage Therapy Ambassador table where you can learn about joining our elite group of NHI Alumni. If you are not currently enrolled in our NMT program this is your chance to see live demonstrations of the Advanced 450-Hour Neuromuscular Therapy Program. You can also chat with our Teacher’s Assistants to learn about what they do, and how you can apply to become a Teacher’s Assistant!
If you’re an NHI Alumni we invite you to come back to your old stomping grounds to join our job fair, chat with current & prospective students, and get your LiveScan completed for CAMTC Certification!
